AccountingPass – 7-Day Refund Policy

At AccountingPass, we want every student to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied or are unable to use your access for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may qualify for a refund if any of the following apply:

  1. You dropped or withdrew from your course within 7 days of purchase.
     

  2. You accidentally purchased access more than once (duplicate transaction).
     

  3. You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using the platform, and our support team could not resolve it in a reasonable time.

Refund Conditions

To maintain academic integrity and platform fairness:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.
     

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
     

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if: The 7-day window has passed
